We are presenting an online form for simplicity in registering boons between characters. This digital form is a contrivance for simplicity, as the Harpy of the Land of the Sky's Domain does not accept boons digitally, to protect the domain from digital breaches. At the very the start of the chronicle, the Harpy will be an NPC, but once this role is in the hands of a Player Character, it will be their prerogative to continue or cancel the use of the online boon registry.
