- Do not ghoul or use the Gifts of the Blood to control mortals of high station. This includes (but is not limited to) the governor, the mayor, chiefs of police, and similar positions. If you intend to ghoul within mortal institutions, choose carefully and err on the side of caution.
- Do not feed on those attending primary or secondary schools, or those traveling to and from them.
- Feeding on tourists or mortal visitors should be avoided. The death or disappearance of visitors by Kindred hands is forbidden.
- Personal guests of the Prince and visiting Emissaries are guests of the Praxis. They are to be treated with respect and courtesy. Those who fail to do so will owe boons to the Prince and the offended guest(s), with severity determined by the offense. The Prince may revoke this protection at her discretion.
- Impersonating officers of the Domain is forbidden. Those who do so without permission of the Prince will face severe punishment.
- Do not feed on, ghoul, or Embrace the Garou kinfolk. Any Kindred who does so will receive no protection from this Praxis against their retaliation.
- Any Acknowledged Kindred of the Camarilla found practicing the ritae, beliefs, or customs of another Sect will have their Hospitality revoked and may face further punishment.
- Ghouls are the responsibility of their domitors. Should a ghoul violate the Traditions or these Courtesies, they will be confiscated and dealt with at the Prince’s discretion. Their domitor will also face punishment.
- Any breach that threatens the First Tradition must be reported to the Sheriff immediately. Those who conceal or fail to report such breaches will be punished at the Prince’s discretion, with input from the Sheriff, whether they attempted to resolve the matter themselves or not.
- Do not stop The Weather, do not share The Weather with non-Kindred.
- Avoid entanglement with the other Night Folk. If such contact becomes unavoidable, revealing the nature or affairs of Kindred society without the consent of the Prince or Seneschal will be treated as a violation of the First Tradition.
- Do not address the domain without cause. Utilize your allies and Primogen to pass along personal messages or to make introductions rather than having the Ghouls bother everyone with your request for a phone call.
- Entry onto the Biltmore Estate and its grounds is forbidden without the Prince’s permission.
- The towns of Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Waynesville, Old Fort, Rutherfordton/Spindale, Marion, Canton, and Sylva have been ceded to the Diocese of WNC. Our domain ends at their borders.
- Mills River and Swannanoa remain contested territory and should be avoided unless acting under direct orders of the Court.
- The towns of Morganton, Hotsprings, Marshall, and the entirety of the Blue Ridge Parkway have been ceded to the Garou. Our domain ends at their borders.
- The town of Mars Hill and Weaverville has been ceded to the Barony of Baron Schaefer.
- Those who do not heed these borders and restrictions will be on their own should transgressions be discovered. If captured, you will not be ransomed or rescued.
- The Primogen Council may advise on the division and boundaries of feeding territories. Final decisions remain with the Prince.
- Those holding Abiding Positions must wear the Status granted by their office. Requests to wear personal Status may be petitioned to the Prince. Failure to do so will result in removal from the position.
- If a Primogen becomes unable to serve, their last publicly declared Whip will assume the position until the Prince determines otherwise.
- The clan of the Seneschal will not hold a seat on the Primogen Council. Should punishment or reward of those kindred become necessary, the Seneschal will handle such matters personally.
- If a Primogen should lose their seat, all of the kindred that had been represented by them shall need to find representation under another council member.
- Primogen are granted the Sixth Tradition against Kindred without Abiding Positions under their watch whose actions violate the Traditions or endanger the Domain. Primogen who abuse this authority will be punished as if they had broken the Tradition themselves.
- The Scourge is granted the Sixth Tradition against unacknowledged kindred found poaching in domain territory.
- The Sheriff shall hold personal domain over the Asheville Regional Airport. They shall provide safe travel through their personal domain, as well as the services of the airline. Those found circumventing this will be punished at the Sheriff’s discretion.
- The Keeper of Elysium will declare at each Gather which clan will host the next gathering, or whether it will be held in Elysium. Any clan that fails to host when called will lose its seat on the Primogen Council.
- The host of any gathering is responsible for providing basic necessities for attending ghouls, such as potable water. Failure to do so results in a Trivial Boon owed to the ghoul’s domitor.
- Hosting clans may initiate only one symbel ordeal per Gather. Symbel duels remain unrestricted.
- The benefits and protections of Elysium extend to travel to and from, the same as when in its hallowed halls.
- Those not of a Pillar Clan must secure representation from a seated Clan in order to be granted Hospitality.
- No Clan shall have more than one Court Officer position (Keeper of Elysium, Seneschal, Sheriff, Scourge) appointed by the Prince.
- Those Acknowledged in the Camarilla discovered to be participating in the ritae, belief structure, or other such methods of other Sects will have their Hospitality revoked at best… At worst all such matters will be treated as Heresy.

- Those who accept the responsibilities of an Abiding Position within the Domain must wear that Status. Once through a period of four months of the calendar year they may opt to wear personal status if they prefer to do so. Those who fail to abide by this will find themselves removed from their Position immediately.
- Those selected to serve as Primogen for their respective Clans will maintain that position for a minimum of four months.
- The Primogen once selected in April, August, and December will serve that term in full.
- If a Clan is dissatisfied with their representative they may bring grievances to the Prince on the fourth months of every calendar year (April, August, and December),
- Should something unexpected happen to that Primogen, their last publicly stated Whip will inherit the remainder of their term and title in full,
- A Primogen found wanting, be it from lack of leadership to lack of fulfilling their duties, will be removed. That Clan will be voiceless on the council until the next four month term, and depending on severity of transgressions, feeding territory for that Clan could be reduced.
- The Sheriff has personal domain over the Airport. Use of the airport is at their discretion and agreements are made through them. Those found interloping or circumventing this will be punished at the Sheriff’s discretion.
- The Office of the Sheriff, beyond their standard duties, is the foreman in dealings with the Sabbat second only to the Prince. Those discovered going around this without express permission from the Sheriff or the Prince will be punished accordingly.
- The Office of the Scourge, beyond their standard duties, is the foreman in dealings with the lupines second only to the Prince. Those discovered going around this without express permission from the Scourge or the Prince will be punished accordingly.
- The Office of the Keeper of Elysium, beyond their standard duties, will handle the arrangements of which clans will host our upcoming Gathers.
- Impersonating Officers of the Domain is a forbidden activity. Perpetrators found to be performing such activities of their own volition will receive the highest punishment.
- The Prince will have two publicly known Enforcers that aid in the defense of the domain, the enforcement of the Traditions, and of the Prince’s Courtesies. Until stated otherwise these two Enforcers are Erin Yesse of Clan Brujah and Morgan “9’s” Doan of Clan Gangrel.
- You are not to ghoul or otherwise use the Gifts of the Blood to directly influence mortals of high station, due to the potential issues of violations of the First Tradition. This includes, but is not limited to: the governor, the mayor, the chief of police, and other leadership-level high ranking officials in mortal institutions. Should you wish to ghoul someone within a mortal institution, err on the side of caution.
- Whomever is by the Prince's command named Sheriff of the domain shall hold personal domain over the Asheville Regional Airport.
- The Sheriff shall provide safe travel through his personal domain, as well as the services of the airline. It is traditional to pay at least a minor boon for his leave to use this institution.
- The Keeper of Elysium shall declare at each Gather which clan shall be responsible for hosting the next, or if it shall be on the hallowed grounds of Elysia. Should a clan fail to host Gather when called, their blood shall be denied a seat on the Primogen council.
- The host of any gathering is responsible for providing the requisite necessities for ghouls that are at the gathering (at minimum, this covers providing potable water). Failure to provide this basic courtesy will result in a Trivial Boon to the ghoul's domitor.
- The Primogen Council may offer guidance on the allocation and boundaries of clan feeding territories within the domain. As a liaison in this matter, passed proposals are presented to the Keeper, who then delivers them to Her Grace, and conveys her pronouncements on feeding territories to the domain.
- The Tremere will be granted hunting grounds at least equal in size and sustenance as the represented clan with the least bounty. Though not granted a seat on my council, it is duly noted that leaving them hungry probably only makes them more irritating.
- Do not feed on those attending institutions of primary or secondary education, or those in transit to and from institutions of primary or secondary education. Such actions are likely to draw the attention of hunters, and moreover, thin the flock before they can reproduce.
- While it is acceptable to feed on those visiting our region, do not allow the death or disappearance of a Tourist to be investigated by mortal authorities. Doing so threatens the financial well-being of the domain, as well as the Masquerade.
Those found in violation of the above will be punished by the Prince or Seneschal accordingly.
- Violence of any kind is strictly prohibited on the grounds of Elysium. This prohibition of violence extends to travel to and from Elyisum, and a surrounding radius of 5 blocks.
- Weapons are forbidden on the Elysium grounds, except to those with the status to carry them. Weapons and other questionable equipment such as magical items must be left away from the Elysium or, if brought to Elysium, checked by the Keeper(s) of Elysium and their appointed agents, and will be stored for safekeeping. If you are in doubt of whether something will violate this Courtesy, err on the side of caution.
- Any use of Disciplines on Elysium must be approved by the Keeper.
- All gatherings shall be secured against breaches of the First Tradition.
- Any personal guests of the Prince are to be guests of the Praxis and are to be accorded respect and courtesy. Failure to do so shall have the offending Kindred owe the Prince and their guest(s) boons based on the severity of the infraction. The Prince may choose to revoke this protection on any of their guests at their discretion
Those who violate the above will be punished by the Prince or Seneschal accordingly, with input on the punishment given by the Keeper(s) of Elysium.
- For the continued safety and preservation of the domain, as dictated with our treaty with the Lupines, do not venture onto the Biltmore Estate.
- The Scourge is granted the Sixth Tradition regarding unacknowledged kindred known to be poaching in claimed territory and fledgelings the sires of whom I did not grant progeny.
- The Scourge shall not only dispose of any kindred who poach in my Domain without seeking my hospitality, but also any Lupines who transgress their treaty, and any such transgressions shall have vengeance redoubled twofold.
- The Sheriff shall be the foreman in all negotiations with the Diocese of WNC, and shall be responsible for severing any hand that overreaches.
- Should any kindred question the Sheriff's war plan, they should challenge him in the Sacred Arena of Elysia at the Arboretum as is our custom. The challenger must present a second for this duel.
- The Towns of Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Waynesville, Old Fort, Rutherfordton/Spindale, Marion, Canton, and Sylva have been ceded to the Diocese of WNC. Our domain ends at their borders.

Those found in violation of the above will either be punished by the Prince or Seneschal accordingly.
- Do not stop The Weather, do not share The Weather with those not of the blood.
- At the will of Her Grace, but traditionally at the closest solstice or equinox for the seasons, the Prince shall host an art competition judged either by herself, or her designated kindred of fine taste. Every clan that wishes to retain a Primogen seat should put forth a worthy piece for consideration. Winning pieces will be gifted to the Keeper's stewardship, to grace the walls of Elysium's private art gallery for now until eternity's end.
- While it is open, the Arena of Elysia at the Arboretum shall serve as an open form for conflicts to be resolved. Such violence shall not break Elysium, but must be engaged by both parties. Such a duel shall continue until one party is rendered torpid, or ejected from the arena. Should a party be rendered torpid in this manner, the victor shall be granted the Sixth Tradition should they choose to take it. Unfortunately, they are not granted the Amaranth in this case. All such conflicts should be overseen and all vows given should be heard by an officer of the sect who is not engaging in the duel.
- During calls of court and other official functions, those whose Blood has not earned a Primogen seat shall negotiate with a standing Primogen to speak on their behalf. Be mindful of the Status of those whom you address.
- Those who do not hold Privileged or Triumphant status, or hold an Abiding position in my court, should seek the introduction by such an individual to extend the duration of our opening and closing statements at court with their own choice contributions. Offenders will be shot in a non-vital location.
- If you have a lengthy speech and lots of status planned, speak to my Seneschal, who will provide me with a list. Impromptu poetics will result in you being shot somewhere inconvenient but not lethal. If you continue to bore the court, you will continue to be shot. I am sure lengthy, flowery speeches will be better appreciated with either forewarning so my Seneschal and I may schedule accordingly, or in text form so that we may all be inspired by your prose.
- Our Emissary of the Sword, Zelda Fitzgerald, shall be allowed to speak during calls of court, despite the above courtesies. Moreover, any art she presents the court shall not be damaged or absconded with during said official function.
- The Vaulderie is strictly prohibited for all residents of this domain.
Those found in violation of the above will be punished by the Prince or Seneschal accordingly.
- Actions performed by a Ghoul, whether independently or by order of their domitor, that violate the Courtesies of Greater Asheville or the Traditions (in particular, the First Tradition), will be confiscated and dealt with per the Prince’s discretion, and their domitor punished by the court accordingly. Note that maintaining Ghouls is not considered a violation of the First Tradition.
- Kindred should be mindful of how they use technology. Security breaches that may violate the First Tradition shall be reported to the Sheriff as soon as possible. Those found in violation of this edict, whether you have cleaned up the breach yourself or not, may be punished accordingly at the Prince and Sheriff's discretion.
- Do not involve yourselves in the affairs of the other Night Folk if at all possible. If you must, intimate details given of Kindred nature or society to the other Night Folk without the consent of the Prince or Seneschal will be considered a violation of the First Tradition and punished accordingly.
Those found in violation of the above will be punished by the Prince or Seneschal accordingly.
